چکیده
It is crucial to find effective solutions environmental contamination that are also ecologically friendly. Zinc oxide (ZnO) well-known as a good photocatalyst. In this work, ZnO microspheres were synthesized using the solvothermal technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis, and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) used evaluate structural, optical, morphological features of . The hexagonal structure was determined XRD analysis. crystal size calculated patterns found be 44.27 nm by Debye-Scherrer equation, 32.39 Williamson Hall model, 9.92 Modified Scherrer formula. SEM pictures manufactured revealed it has shape in form formed conjunction nanorods. average diameter these 5.16 μm. band gap energy 3.1 eV. photocatalytic activities against methylene blue Rhodamine B dyes examined. Under sunlight, removal rates for after 90 minutes 120 98.95% 98.62%, respectively.
